Eng. Muhannad Jarrah is the Executive Director of INJAZ Education. Mr. Jarrah has been actively involved with INJAZ since 2000, INJAZ is a leading organization in education and youth empowerment in Jordan. He has managed the organization’s operations for almost 19 years, supporting INJAZ to become a leader in financial education nationally and internationally. In his current capacity as Executive Director for INJAZ Education, he attracts and retains corporate partners, while supervising the business development and the overall sustainability of the organization. He is responsible for maintaining fruitful relationships with more than 57 CEOs of key corporations.

Mr. Jarrah earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1991. His 10-year experience in the private sector allowed him to build his managerial skills, making him a visionary and motivating leader. Mr. Jarrah uses his in-depth understanding of the corporate sector to promote corporate social responsibility and to increase collaboration between the not-for-profit and private sectors.

Throughout the years, Mr. Jarrah has made his leadership and managerial skills available in regional and international trainings, consultation, facilitation, and design thinking; He held training sessions in Serbia, Uganda, Morocco, Tunisia, Pakistan, Turkey and England focusing on NGO development and organizational issues such as fundraising, board-building, sustainability, operations and strategic planning.

Mr. Jarrah was elected to represent the Arab Countries on Aflatoun International Board. Aflatoun International offers social and financial education to millions of children and young people worldwide, empowering them to make a positive change for a more equitable world.

Mr. Jarrah is dedicated to social development and he has continued to put his efforts into increasing volunteerism in Jordan and advocating for the development of a volunteer culture—an integral part of civic education.
