The Destination Imagination (DI) Board of Trustees is seeking candidates to fill vacancies on its Board. The Board is seeking candidates who will help broaden the expertise and experience of the board in order to advance the mission of the organization—to engage participants in project-based challenges that are designed to build confidence and develop extraordinary creativity, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. DI’s BOT is looking to fill the following positions:
Duties include: setting annual fundraising goals, identifying avenues for generating revenue, conducting and overseeing the implementation of fundraising efforts, and evaluating the success of fundraising efforts. Candidate should understand the various/varied elements of fundraising, to recognize the importance of the relationship between an organization and its potential donors, and to construct and implement a strong fundraising plan/program for DI.
The DI Board is striving to fill these vacancies in time for the July Board Meeting.
