Creativity rarely looks like a single moment of inspiration. More often, it takes shape over time through trying ideas, working through challenges, collaborating with others, and learning along the way.

Destination Imagination’s 2025 Annual Report highlights what that process looked like across our global community during the past fiscal year. At its core, the report reflects Destination Imagination’s belief that creativity is an essential skill—and that when students are trusted with the freedom to imagine, collaborate, and persevere, they grow in confidence and capability and begin to see how their ideas can make a real impact.

Throughout the year, DI continued to create opportunities for students to take ownership of their learning, work together to solve complex challenges, and learn from setbacks. These experiences don’t just lead to creative solutions. They help students build the confidence, empathy, and persistence they can use in school, life, and future careers.

The 2024–25 season also marked the 25th anniversary of Destination Imagination’s first season, which began in 1999–2000.

The report brings these perspectives together through reflections from former CEO Michele Tuck-Ponder, alongside stories and perspectives from students, volunteers, educators, and partners around the world.

Financial statements will be published in March 2026 and added to the report when available.
