Destination Imagination is a nonprofit organization that advances creativity as an essential skill for innovating, collaborating, and driving positive impact. Each year, teams from around the world participate in the Destination Imagination Challenge Experience, culminating in Global Finals — a celebration of student creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
We’re hiring a Global Finals Customer Service Associate to support communications and customer inquiries during one of the busiest parts of our season. This part-time, temporary role is based in our Blackwood, New Jersey office and supports the work that helps teams, volunteers, and participants engage with the Destination Imagination experience.
Position Overview
- Role: Global Finals Customer Service Associate
- Type: Part-time temporary contract (in-person)
- Location: Blackwood, NJ
- Hours: 12 hours per week
- Contract Term: March 10 – May 30, 2026
- Compensation: $3,000 stipend
In This Role
You may assist with:
- Responding to participant and volunteer inquiries
- Managing information in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Supporting written communications related to event logistics
