For over 40 years, Destination Imagination (DI) has helped kids learn how to think, building creative confidence and problem-solving skills through team challenges with no adult interference. As schools cut critical programs, the need for hands-on creative learning is greater than ever.
We are seeking passionate leaders to join our Board of Trustees, with a priority focus on candidates with Financial Leadership (CPAs, CFOs, audit, and budgeting) or Legal & Governance (lawyers, non-profit compliance, and risk management) expertise.
Board Expectations & Commitment
- Term: 3-year term with renewal opportunities.
- Meetings: Virtual board meetings every other month, plus monthly committee meetings (Finance, Governance, Development, or Management).
- In-Person Events: At least one annual meeting and Global Finals.
- Support: Advocate for DI, leverage your network, and make a personally meaningful annual financial contribution.
