Every year, Global Finals brings together some of the most creative, collaborative, and courageous young people in the world. And this year, even if you can’t be there in person, you can still be part of the experience!
Families, teams, alumni, volunteers, and supporters from around the globe are invited to tune in live for two of the week’s biggest moments: the Welcome Ceremony and the Closing Celebration.
For many teams, Global Finals is the result of months of teamwork, problem-solving, setbacks, breakthroughs, and hard work. These ceremonies give the entire DI community a chance to come together and recognize everything the teams have accomplished this season.
Whether you’re cheering on a specific team, supporting your home country, or simply curious to see what Global Finals is all about, we’d love for you to join us!
Welcome Ceremony
Each year, Global Finals begins with one of the most memorable events of the week: the Parade of Nations.
Watch as more than 600 teams from 11 countries enter the arena together to kick off Global Finals 2026. It’s an unforgettable celebration of creativity, teamwork, and the global DI community.
The Welcome Ceremony will stream live on Thursday, May 21, from 7:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. CT.
Closing Celebration
Join us as we celebrate the end of Global Finals 2026 by recognizing outstanding achievements, unforgettable moments, and this season’s award winners.
The Closing Celebration will stream live on Sunday, May 24 from 4:00–7:00 p.m. CT.
Watch Live
Both ceremonies will stream live at ditv.globalfinals.org.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
