Thank you to all of our teams, volunteers, parents, staff members, Affiliate and Regional Directors, and supporters for helping to make this year’s Global Finals tournament such an unforgettable experience and one that truly exemplified the spirit of Destination Imagination.
This year, more than 8,000 people attended Global Finals 2023, with nearly 530 teams from 12 countries competing in our STEAM-based (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) tournament. Teams spent months practicing and perfecting their innovative solutions to one of six Destination Imagination Challenges (Technical, Engineering, Scientific, Fine Arts, Improvisational, and Service Learning), and competed at a local and state level, receiving the highest scores in their respective Challenges.
