Become an Instant Challenge Developer

Students collaborate during an Instant Challenge, building a tall structure with pool noodles and props at a tournament, with overlaid text reading “Become an Instant Challenge Developer” and the Destination Imagination logo and branding.

Have creative ideas for Instant Challenges? Destination Imagination (DI) is thrilled to announce that applications are now open to join our Instant Challenge Development team! This is your chance to make a direct impact on DI’s mission to inspire creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking in students around the world. As an Instant Challenge Developer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the engaging, high-quality experiences that make the DI Challenge Experience such a unique program.

We’re calling on educators, artists, engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, parents, and other imaginative minds to help us craft innovative Instant Challenges for future participants. Whether you’re a seasoned DI volunteer or new to the program, this is an incredible opportunity to channel your creativity into meaningful work that benefits students globally.
