Be a Hero for Kids This #GivingTuesday

Destination Imagination is seeking your support this Giving Tuesday

Today’s the day! As parents or volunteers, you know that when students have access to experiences like Destination Imagination (DI), they are better positioned for success in school, future careers, and beyond. That’s why expanding meaningful educational opportunities for underserved students around the globe is a key initiative for our organization.

To help us achieve this goal, Destination Imagination is seeking your support today for Giving Tuesday—an international day of charitable giving to help nonprofits better serve their communities.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 and we can’t do it without the support and generosity of the DI community.

Will you join us?

Your gift will help bring DI’s one-of-a-kind programs to more teams all over the world. From our Team Challenge Experience to the imagineXperience—our most recent program designed for students living in underserved communities—DI has the power to change kids’ lives and uplift communities.

Today, we are hosting a Facebook fundraiser and we are asking you to give to DI in support of learning, education and creativity. When you give and you invite others to give as well, we have the opportunity to collectively amplify our efforts and increase giving!

This year, Facebook is also matching up to $8 million – so make your donation as early as possible so that you can DOUBLE your gift!

If you are unsure about how much to give, here are some amounts to consider:

Give $20 = Helps bring DI to 1 child
Give $50 = Helps bring DI to 3 children
Give $150 = Helps bring DI to 7 children (a whole team!)
Give $300 = Doubles your impact and helps bring DI to 14 children (2 full DI teams!)

One minute is all it takes to make a real impact right now. Thank you for your generosity and continued support!

Make your donation here.

Can’t donate? Help us spread the word by following us on social media. Every post you share could lead one more student to be inspired and empowered by their Destination Imagination experience the way that you or your kids were.
