You’re not alone—and for kids, it’s worse. Children and teens everywhere feel isolated, anxious and even dispirited.
With so much unknown, how can you help reduce the long-term impacts on your child’s mental health and well-being—and do so safely during times of Covid-19?
More importantly, how can you ensure meaningful educational experiences so your child doesn’t fall behind?
We’re here to help.
Destination Imagination (DI) provides a fun, hands-on learning experience for kids and teens that can be done at home or through your school, learning pod, microschool, homeschool, or other alternative learning option. While reinforcing classroom curricula, our program can help your children build invaluable life and social skills, including:
STEAM-based challenges that students solve in teams.
Kids blossom developing ideas that build on what they learn in school
Each student has a voice and space to develop unique abilities and talents.
Team members make all the decisions and even manage the budget.
This need is true now more than ever. As parents, we want our kids to thrive and have courage in the face of adversity. DI offers the tools to help you instill this critical foundation.
DI is an international creative problem-solving competition for kids of all ages. We offer seven different STEAM-based (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) Team Challenges that kids solve together—without any interference from adults.
Then they present their solutions in a regional tournament, with the opportunity to advance to state/province/country and global tournaments. In the process, the experience teaches kids empathy, self-management, social awareness, responsible decision-making, and so much more.
Not only can our program be done virtually, but it provides an inclusive learning environment where all kids feel welcomed and valued.

Compete and put the team’s creativity to the test. Teams compete regionally, state- or province-wide, then internationally at Global Finals.
DI is an affordable, accessible program designed to support your children’s passions, creativity, and intellect. It’s also a chance for you to get an exclusive peek into your kid’s daily life, see how they interact with their peers, and watch them learn and blossom.
Quiet children come alive performing. Kids who like things their way realize how much better their ideas are with input from their teammates.
And if your child hasn’t found his or her niche yet? No problem. DI introduces them to a wide range of ideas, skills, and techniques while solving challenges their way.
Start your family’s DI journey today to begin those discoveries together.
We are offering free info sessions online through November for parents, educators, and school principals and administrators who would like to learn more about Destination Imagination.
